I am 29 years old.  Today is my first business working day as an entrepreneur. Compared to my first day in corporate

America 9 years ago, this morning was a breeze.  I was not in a rush.  I was not nervous.  I was not anxious.  I started my day for me.   I officially retired from my corporate job last Friday March 2, 2007. I like to say ‘retired’ because I will not go back.   Don’t get me wrong.  I didn’t hate it.  I simply didn’t love it.   Life is too short to do something you don’t love.  Sitting in meetings; talking on conference calls; negotiating with people; making changes on a mission that I don’t have a heart for was absolutely painful. So what am I doing instead?   I am doing it right now.  I am writing, speaking and sharing timeless thoughts and ideas for smart and confident women, busy professionals and hardworking immigrants.  I am here for you who want to know purpose.  I am here for you who want to grow.  I am here for you who don’t have the guts.  I am here for you who are exhausted.  I am here for you who want to make more money.  I am here for you who are not sure what your next step should be. I am here for you who want to know your passion.  I am here for you who want to express yourself.  I am here for you who miss your dream. I have a dream; a dream that one day all people will finally love their work and their life.  I dream that one day all immigrants will be confident about themselves.  I dream that one day the entire human race will live purposefully.  I dream that one day everyone will be excited about sharing my messages with their family and friends. As Dr. Martin Luther King once said, “Free at last! Free at Last!  Thank God Almighty we are free at last!”  I am finally free and I am here for you.
