I enjoyed this list and I agree with the excellent advice on self talk and the need to identify obstacles in order to overcome them. Spending time in the company of positive people seems an appropriate step in overcoming low self esteem, but this point evokes some feelings of doubt,I question man's ability to provide a consistant stream of positive energy to another being. I guess what I'm driving at is human duplicity. I believe there is a little Hawaai and a little North Pole in all of us!

Very true. Self-doubts are inevitable, no matter how successful a person is. However, those who are not main-stream will have higher level of self doubts - for example, immigrants. This 7-step approach is worth trying.
