I’m with Beau - if it doesn’t fit in my wallet or it’s an odd shape that keeps bugging me it’s gone.

And reds and oranges send the entirely wrong message for me.

Oh, Edith! I so disagree! If it doesn’t fit in my wallet, it’s doomed. And, please make it easy to read or scan.

My reasons for keeping business cards are all about the conversation and the person. Here are some in no particular order:

- Good conversation
- Interesting expertise
- Expressed interest in me
- Opportunities for future business
- I want to get in touch later
- Common network
- Common interests
- To get them in touch with someone I know
