		<description>Good points... although I don't think you necessarily need to change your mindset BEFORE making the jump from a job to an entrepreneur.

Personally, my mindset started changing after the first few months of being an entrepreneur (and realizing that it was up to me to actually make money!)

If I'd waited for the change in attitude while I was working it may have never come- I was too caught up in working for someone else, to make big philosophical changes in my life.

As long as your willing to act, and continually learn, I think you can make the change before you have the entrepreneur attitude. Reading is essential for this shift in mindset... I learnt a lot (and still do) from people like Robert Kiyosaki, Dan Kennedy, and James Brausch, and highly recommend anyone thinking about quitting their job to check out their stuff.
