How come it almost seems there is so much to do with so little time? Then I had this chat with my business coach…
“Why are you doing everything?” he asked.
Then I realized…
As a former employee, I was trained to do everything. I was the manager, worker, the operation and the maintenance to make everything happen. Now being an entrepreneur, I still have that old habit of asking “How can I do it?” Instead, I should be asking “Who should be on my team to make it happen?”
It’s time to wake up. Stop asking how. Start asking who.
That’s the spirit of entrepreneurship – making things happen with other people, not alone.
